Accommodation
A block of rooms will be available for the participants at the discounted rate of 239.00 USD (single or double) per night + a 25.00 USD resort fee per room, per night + 13% tax/fees until April 19, 2024. This room rate is offered for the days of the meeting and can be extended for three days pre and post stay, subject to availability.

Closest international airport: West Palm Beach International (PBI). Additional airports within a 1 hour drive are Ft. Lauderdale International (FLL) and Miami International (MIA).
Taxi
On-demand taxi, sedan, van, limousine and shared-ride services at the Palm Beach International Airport are provided by Southeastern Florida Transportation Group, LLC (SEFTG), which operates under the names Yellow Cab, Go Townecar, Go Airport Shuttle, and Imperial Transportation. No reservations are required for arriving passengers. Service is available at the ground transportation desks conveniently located on the East and West ends of the Terminal, Level One, Baggage Claim.

Train
The Tri-Rail West Palm Beach station (Intermodal Transit Center) is 3 miles (5 km) from the airport. You can take the PalmTran bus, route 2 north-bound to go from airport to train station.
Take the Tri-Rail south-bound towards Miami. Get off 3 stations later, at Delray Beach. The hotel is 4 miles (6 km) from the Delray Beach Station. Take PalmTran route 81 east-bound towards Altantic & Federal. Get off at the last stop, walk across the bridge and continue for 3 blocks until S. Ocean Blvd. Hotel is on your left.
Bus
PalmTran is Palm Beach County's bus service. Route 1 can be taken south-bound from the West Palm Beach station (Intermodal Transit Center). Take bus route 2 north-bound from airport to West Palm Beach Station. Transfer to bus route 1 south-bound. Get off at Atlantic Ave and cross the bridge. Continue 3 blocks, hotel is on your left.
Alternatively, you can take bus route 2 south-bound from the airport stop. Get off at Altantic Ave in Delray Beach, or at the Delray Beach TriRail station. Transfer to bus route 81 east-bound and follow directions above.
